Earthquake drills and inspection activities were carried out at our Vocational School.

As part of the efforts to assess the preparedness of our units for potential disasters, primarily earthquakes and fires, and to raise awareness among our staff and students on the subject, an earthquake drill was conducted on April 7, 2026, at 10:30 AM under the supervision of Deputy Secretary General Şaban ZORLU and Civil Defense Specialist Numan ÇAKIR.

During the simulated earthquake, the alarm system was activated, and all personnel and students waited for the earthquake to end in the "drop, cover, and hold" position. After the earthquake ended, all personnel and students quickly evacuated the building from the nearest safe exit point and gathered at the emergency assembly area located within our campus. The drill was successfully completed.
